Quinn Durrant is a Director with the Middle Market Risk Solutions Group at RBC Capital Markets based in Calgary. Quinn started his career with RBC Capital Markets in 2012 upon completion of his Financial Economics (B.A.) degree from the University of Western Ontario. Quinn started his career in the Debt Capital Markets team where he helped corporate clients access the Canadian, US, Asian and European bond markets.
In 2016, Quinn transitioned to the Risk Solutions Group where he has helped a wide range of corporate, government and commercial clients hedge their interest rate and long-dated currency risk. In his expanded role, Quinn is responsible for advising Agricultural Clients in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
Quinn is also an active member in the community and is the one of the founding members of RBC Academy, an initiative focused on educating “at-risk” youth about careers in financial services. In addition to this, Quinn and his family have started a scholarship supporting post-secondary education in Toronto.
