Graeme Kingdon is a retired RCMP officer with 2 decades of investigative and crime prevention experience in rural Manitoba. Prior to his RCMP career, Graeme obtained a Diploma in Agriculture (U of M 1996) and a Bsc. In Agriculture (U of G 2000). His unique combination of policing and agricultural experience provide an in-depth and often personal look into the how and whys of rural crime and what you can do to protect yourself.
