Carl has worked in Manitoba’s agricultural sector for 30+ years. His passion began at an early age on his family farm in Rosser, MB. After earning a Certificate in Mechanics and an Agribusiness Degree, he farmed for 10 years before moving into various roles serving farmers directly across the ag industry. Gaining exposure to digital agriculture, he developed a strong appreciation for value ag tech can provide to farmers. As the Farmer Network Success Manager for the AIVA Network, Carl finds farmers across MB and SK suited to the Farmer Alliance Membership, learns their operations and ag tech interests, and connects them with AIVA Network.
