I have a master’s degree in plant science from University of Manitoba. I have been employed with Manitoba Agriculture for the past ten years and nine of those years have been in my current position as a Pesticide Minor Use and Regulatory Specialist. In my current role I seek minor use label expansions for small acreage
crops, submit emergency pesticide registration requests for all crops and serve as a Manitoba representative on Federal, Provincial and Territorial (FPT) committee for pesticides. I also oversee Manitoba’s commercial pesticide applicator and dealer licensing program.
