Patti Durand grew up on a farm near Teulon, MB and earned her ag degree at the U of M. Her career included agronomy, marketing & finance, while managing entrepreneurial ventures with her husband Larry in Humboldt, SK. In the last 10 years that Patti has spent focused time with hundreds of farm families, coaching them through succession conversations.
Chris Corbett hails from a farm near Rosser, MB and met Patti while at U of M earning his degree. His 30-year journey in agriculture has involved sales, entrepreneurship, grain marketing, agronomy, coaching, and leadership. Training and coaching are among his favorite things. Chris’ experience in communication, desire to help families in agriculture, and experience on stage as an amateur actor are a few reasons he is a part of Brightrack. He currently resides in Melfort, SK.

Patti Durand and Chris Corbett will deliver a unique after supper performance named FBI – Family Business Improv. Using audience suggestions, Patti and Chris will shine a light on the craziness of how our families communicate on the farm, leaving everyone with a smile as they recognize their own experiences on stage.
