I was raised on a mixed farm near Rivers and attended the University of Manitoba, obtaining an Agronomy Degree in 1992. Followed that in 1995 with an MSc in Soil Science, done jointly with U of M and AAFC in Brandon. I’ve worked with the federal government as a Research Associate, then with our provincial government as Weeds Specialist and a Farm Production Advisor. After working in industry as an agronomist and then MASC as both an adjustor and agent, I returned in 2021 to MB Agriculture and Resource Developments as a Weeds Specialist.
